Our house is currently listed on Airbnb as a vacation rental.  If you would like to rent it on a longer term basis, please feel free to contact us. 
Here are some more details:
  • The house is adjacent to Sol y Luna Lodge and has a trail leading to the beach! All rooms (except bathrooms) have air conditioning. 
  • The sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom have electronic roll-down metal shutters for extra security. 
  • The living area features a large kitchen with island, dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal, full size refrigerator-freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker and all the dishes and utensils you need. 
  • Dining table with seating for six.
  • Seating area includes a sectional couch, coffee table, two chairs and smart TV. 
  • The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a large dresser, two side tables and 40" Smart TV. There is also a large walk-in closet and en suite master bathroom featuring: walk-in shower, bathtub (rare in Costa Rica), double sink, toilet and urinal. 
  • The second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet (with shelves). 
  • The third bedroom has two bunk beds (four total beds) and a dresser.
  • There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer and access to outside clothes line.
  • House has solar panels and landscaping is in progress.
